Using the SMH-10 is an absolute breeze.
We have a dual pack and we use the Sena SMH-10 Helmet Clamp Kit - For Earbuds.
We have a dual pack and we use the Sena SMH-10 Helmet Clamp Kit - For Earbuds.
Installed on two helmets in 5 mins, paired the headsts, our phones and the GPS and we were of riding 10 mins later.
The main button is easy to use with gloves and the range is more than sufficient for group riding.

Will this sync to the blue tooth in my garmin 550? If so will I be able to transmit?
Yes it will sync to the Garmin.
By transmitting, for a cell phone you can pair your phone to the Garmin or direct to the headset either way works.
