I bought the Pheonix 5.0 in Neon yellow, and let me tell you the results are incredible. It's hard to count the number of times drivers have been about to merge into my lane, then just as they are turning their head they do a double take and notice me. That never happened before I had this jacket. I value it more than my helmet. They say an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I love this jacket.
Quality:
The quality is great. The seams are all double sewn, the nylon is thick and can take a beating. The mesh is way more durable than I expected. It still probably will get torn up in a slide, but cosmetic comes after safety for me. The elbow and back pads are extremely light wight and flexible. While I haven't crashed I am sure they will be more than ample to protect my bones.
Style:
I was worried going with yellow wouldn't be as 'cool' as going with jet black. The black and silver mix with the yellow looks surprisingly good. I think they hit a good mix of visibility vs styling. I am so glad I went with High Vis.
Details:
The sunglasses pocket and the keyloop are nice surprises. The logos on the sides are reflective, as is the logo on the back. There are snaps that can tighten the forearms, velcro to tighten the writs and waist. Everything except the shoulder blades can be tightened or loosened depending on your build. A lot of good engineering went into its design.
Fit:
I am 6 feet, 205 lb's with broad shoulders and pretty much look just like captain america. I was worried the large might have not been big enough so I went with the XL. Looking back, the large might have been a slightly better choice since I ride without the inner liner 95% of the time. The best part about Revzilla, is you can exchange it for free.
What I'd Change:
The zippers could be smoother, a cellphone pocket would be great. More protection for sunglasses would be nice. Overall it fits great, but would fit better if the shoulder blades had some elastic to pull in the extra fabric.
Thanks Revzilla, besides my bike, this is the best purchase I have made all year.
Yes, I recommend this product.

What would be the appropriate size for tall people?

Hello,

I'm a fairly thin, tall guy who normally fits euro sizing quite well. However, in the video you mention that this coat is more of an American sizing.

Being 6-2", 41" chest and 195lbs, which size should I look for?
I am 6 feet with a 44 inch chest, and 205 pounds and I went with the XL. It fits well, but I like a little snug to a little loose. This is definitely loose on me. I'd go for the L with Tall. (Note they don't have all the colors in the tall options).
