This thing is expensive. Probably because it was made in the USA. But it works well. I have ridden about 1200 miles with it loaded, with 0 issues, over all types of terrain. I fully intend to beat the feces out of it, so the following comments only apply to those who need their stuff to look pretty.
When I got the bag the paint they used for the logo was all over everything. Straps, bag, packing. Evidently they painted the logo on and then just stuffed it in to the packing. Lame for $300+. This is not visible on mine any more due to the layer of dirt, but if I was being picky I would have been upset.
Functional construction is peerless. I expect this bag to outlast all my bikes.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I live in rural Southern Humboldt County. I ride my bike every day of the year, on everything from rough dirt road (I live 25 miles from pavement) to the highway. This helmet was cheap. The fit seems right on. The tilt down visor is useful, and easy to clean. The helmet is not heavy. It works for everything I do, and is inexpensive enough that I can abuse it. I don't really care how things look, as long as they work, and this product does. The quick release buckle is nice, but means I can't lock the helmet to my bike; only downside.
Yes, I recommend this product.
