This is a great shield and is clear with little distortion. The only problem is so far I have left out early for a day of riding and not gotten back till after dark. Once the sun goes down you really can't see through it so don't for get the goggles.

I like this helmet a lot. The only problem I see is that the visor can catch a lot of wind at higher speeds. especially on an unfaired bike. I ride an R 1200 GS so not a problem for me. The other issue is that If you put on the tinted face shield you need a screw driver to remove it. Not to big ether just get some goggles to throw on at night, and don't leave them at home. The helmet is the best breathing helmet I own. I have M Silver and my friends keep calling me the storm trooper now. BTW dose not look like the picture it is silver (silver frost) not white looking and the fade is the gold color of you heat tarnished pipes. Assuming you actually ride. Thanks for the advice Boochzilla. I'm lawnmowwer.
