Upgraded the foam hip protection in a pair of Olympia pants with these Sas-tec hip protectors and they slipped in with no problems. No holes in these for ventilation but it doesn't make any difference from the foam. They are super light and I don't even feel them.

Shoei RF-1200 Helmet The pinnacle of perfection, the Shoei RF-1200 Helmet represents the culmination of 56 years of helmet heritage and was designed from its inception to be an industry leader in comfort, performance and protection. The wind tunnel-tested shell is optimized to provide a compact and aerodynamic shape, reducing wind-noise, buffeting and weight. Shoei not only designed the RF-1200 to be one of the most comfortable helmets on the market, but also one of the safest, meeting both DOT and SNELL M2015 safety standards. Whether you are a track day enthusiast or cross-country cruiser, the RF-1200 will allow you to ride with confidence, freeing you to concentrate on the road and, most importantly, enjoy the ride. Slim And Light Weight Design One of the most important features of a quality helmet is that you hardly know its there protecting your head. Shoei has reduced the weight of the RF-1200 by using a slimmer design and building a distinct line into the side of the helmet that also serves as an accent. As a result, the new Shoei RF-1200 is lighter than any other Snell certified helmet in the current Shoei lineup. Shell Construction The slim design of the Shoei RF-1200 , with its distinct accent cut line, widens the bottom of the helmet to help ease the process of putting the RF-1200 on or taking it off. Further advancing the comfort of the AIM+ shell is the industry leading four shell sizes that the Shoei RF-1200 comes in. The impact-absorbing dual liner consists of two layers incorporating different densities, helping to effectively balance the potential impact applied to the more rigid shell. Quietness Through advancements in the aerodynamic shape, improved interior linings and a new and improved shield system the rider will experience a very quiet and comfortable riding experience. The interior of the RF-1200 has achieved a balance of a comfortably soft fit and a firm, stable hold. The design of the cheek pads also improves the motion of the neck, thus helping the rider to check traffic behind him/her for example. Shield System The CWR-1 Pinlock shield features ribs on top and bottom of the shield to improve rigidity and eliminate bending of the shield caused by wind pressure or the opening and closing of the shield. Independent beading in the top and sides of the Shoei RF-1200 help to keep the seal of the shield tight and eliminate any excess air. In addition to the CWR-1 shield, Shoei has developed a new base plate for the RF-1200. The Quick-Release Self-Adjusting base plate is spring-loaded and pulls the shield back onto the helmet, sealing it tightly against wind and rain. The addition of a five-stage rotating dial allows for fine tuning of the base place for easy shield adjustments. Ventilation A large lower three position vent, three upper air vent intakes and four uniquely positioned upper exhaust outlet vents combine with the Dual Density EPS liner to allow cooling air to travel unrestricted through tunnels created in the EPS liner. Features: Four shell sizes Dual density EPS liner Superior ventilation 3D Max-Dry System II Liner E.Q.R.S. (Emergency Quick-Release System) CWR-1 Shield System Neatly secure chin strap Includes Pinlock pins and lens insert Includes breath guard and chin curtain Snell M2015 and DOT Certified Note: Due to manufacturer restrictions, Shoei products can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.

I ride mostly sport touring on a BMW R1200RT and wear a Shoei Neotec, but I also have a K1200S and the Neotec just wasn't cutting it on that bike. Bought the RF1200 and it was just what I needed for more sporty riding. Initially I wanted a lighter helmet than the RF1200, but that meant spending pretty big bucks. I was surprised though when I put on this helmet; it is balanced so well that it feels lighter than it is, and it isn't a real heavy helmet to begin with. Great field of view and air flow.

In searching for an after market exhaust one of my concerns was how much louder it was over stock because I only wanted to increase it enough to sound narly but not obnoxious. All opinions seemed subjective. So for what it's worth and not scientific,I used an Android DB app to give a frame of reference for potential buyers. My bike used is a BMW K1200 S.
Stock at idle: @ 4 ft 72 DB, 8 ft 69 DB,15 ft 65 DB
Stock at 3000 rpm: @ 4ft 78 DB,8ft 76DB,15 ft 73 DB
M2 with P1x at idle:@4 ft 77 DB,8 ft 76 DB,15 ft 74 DB
M2 with P1x at 3000 rpm:@4 ft 85 DB,8 ft 81 DB,15 ft 77 DB
For me,this exhaust with the P1x gave me exactly what I wanted. 4000 miles and no problems.

I was concerned about buying Dainese because they typically have a very slim fit and that's not my body type. I was pleased to find these pants have a very relaxed fit. My problem was deciding on the proper size to buy. My waist is 42.5, hip 44.5, inseam 31.5. According to the size chart if I went by waist size I should get a size 60, if by hip a size 56, if by inseam a size 48. I tried to pick an average middle ground and chose a size 56. The 56 was actually loose at my stomach when I buttoned it, the seat was just right & comfortable, the legs were just a little long but the knee armor fit well. Love the knee & shin protection. Also, I have Alpinestars SMX boots which have a pronounced hump for shin protection... the pants were able to zip up around them at the bottom with no problem and those long Dainese shin protectors tuck just a little inside the top of my boot but don't cause a problem. With the thermo liner in place, the seat area was just a little tighter but still comfortable, and not much of a change in fit in all the other areas. Really like these pants, they look great, and offer good protection for a non-track pant. I ride sport touring (BMW R1200RT & K1200S). It's a chunk of coin to buy these, but after a few years fly by, the pain in my pocket will have long faded.

Nice gloves, not great protection but then if that's what you want you wouldn't buy fingerless. These gloves run very small. Normally I use XL and according to the size chart that is what should work. I ended up giving these to my wife because they were too small, and re-bought the same thing locally and in XXXL. Also bought (from Revzilla) some track gloves by Cortech in XL, and they were a perfect fit.

Very good features for the price, initial quality seems excellent, and durability yet to be determined. Low air flow was what was expected for a waterproof boot.
The boot is actually euro sized but listed by ZLA with common U.S. sizes. I always use a size 12, but a 47 in euro sizes. I ordered a size 12 and found it a little too snug and discovered it had a size 46 tag. ZLA's 12.5 is a size 47; did an exchange and the 47 fit just right.
I am a sport tourer, and found these boots to be comfortable enough for short walks, although I pack a pair of tennis shoes for all day destination walking.
