Haven't worn this jacket in very much hot weather yet, so I can't comment too much on its ventilation, but it's got big zip vents on the arms, chest, and back, so it should be decent. Quality and finish is top-notch. Doesn't look bad when wearing it around off the bike. I'm 6' 165, long arms, wide shoulders and a medium fits great. A little big in the abdomen area but it's got room for the thermal and waterproof liners underneath and has straps for cinching it up. Doesn't say "rev'it!" too big or in too many places; this alone has prevented me from buying their jackets in the past. It does have the logos plastered everywhere, but they're kind of cool looking and reflective. Protectors in the shoulders and elbows are good; the back one is pretty flimsy and I'll probably have to replace it. I'm purchasing the Hi-Viz vest to go along with it.
Yes, I recommend this product.
