I am 5'8" 175lbs with a 17.5 " neck and 43.5" chest. I ordered the medium and am very glad I did. It fits great in the neck and shoulders. With the liners in, the sleeve are tight, but there is plenty of room without them. My only complaint would be that the sleeves are a bit long and the cuffs are huge! I'm sure I will like this when I'm trying to stuff my cold weather gloves in them though. Overall, this jacket fits well and the materials seem extremely tough. This jacket offers a ton of protection and functionality. For the money, it's a steal.
