Dainese TRQ-Tour Gore-Tex Boots A TeamZilla favorite, the Dainese TRQ-Tour boots are perhaps the best option for commuting, or sport touring. Collectively, we have put thousands of miles as well as a few crashes on the Dainese TRQ line and they never fail to impress. Recommended as a 3-season cold-weather boot that stretches nicely into the warmer months with Gore-Tex breathability, the TRQ-Tour Boots are the kind of protection that you will forget to take off! The axial hinge provides excellent protection, while allowing for comfortable movement as you walk. In addition, the rear entry zipper allows for easy entry/exit to the boot. The boots are pretty comfortable, except when you are not wearing long socks that extends above the top of the boots. I get some minor discomfort in that area because of the velcro and stiffness of the backing.
Walking is very easy in these boots and I could wear them under jeans or dress clothes and just head into work.
These boots get hot especially in 90 degrees F plus days. When I'm not riding I would unzip the back which gives it more room to breath.
Oh yea, these babies are WATERPROOF!
