I purchased these gloves in June of 2012. I ride pillion with my husband and started riding solo this past spring. I am small-framed, with small hands and fingers (ring finger is a size 5), so I needed pair of gloves that would fit snugly and svelte while riding in order to maximize my use of the clutch and break and minimize hand fatigue. I also wanted sturdy knuckle protection, and plenty of ventilation while also being able to keep my hand warm in the evenings. I would say the Cleo glove meets all of these requirements excellently. While the mesh on the tops of the fingers doesn't look like much, a nice breeze zips right through (which is wonderful, especially with the hot streak we've been having here). Conversely, riding home at night or in the cooler evenings when I'm wearing long sleeves and the wind layer in the jacket, my hands stay comfortably warm in the wind. The knuckle protection is injection molded plastic, feels very solid, and covers its respective area well. The joint in between the two pieces helps with fit and comfort, as does the padding underneath the armor. I ordered a small and they fit perfectly, perhaps a tiny bit tight, which is desirable in a leather palmed glove. I have worn them at least ten different times since receiving them and the leather has loosened up to a kind of custom-fitted feeling. If you're looking for a breathable, streamlined, and sturdy glove, I would highly recommend the Cleo.
