The boots are fine when I'm wearing leathers but if I put riding jeans over them, they cut into my calf unless I wear longer socks. Closure system is holding up at this point. The sole is not very thick and with my bike, I'm on my toes to reach versus other boots, but still manageable.

Can you wear leather pants inside these boots?

I have a pair of Dainese Alien leather pants. While wearing these pants with my Alpinestar Alpha touring boots, the fit is tight and the zipper doesn't go all the way up to the top. Was in an accident and the Alpha boots aren't waterproof any longer. Looking to upgrade.
Yes, I wear my leathers inside the boot. I'm a cyclist as well, so my calves are not small. The fit is tight, but not uncomfortable.
