The graphics are glittery, so if you like glitter, you'll love this jacket. I like the hue of the red I bought but I'm not crazy about the sparkle. The medium jacket is weighty but has lots of armor and the mesh allows for good airflow. It has a number of ways to tighten the jacket (upper arms, lower back) which I tightened all the way and it's still a bit baggy with only a t-shirt, but the small was too tight in the shoulders for me. The elbow pads are low but I can put a stitch in the mesh to keep them up higher on my arms. The waterproof pocket at top for electronics is nice, but you can see it from the outside of the jacket as it's a lighter color.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Seems like they would be a great pair of pants but at 5'6" and 135, I'm too large for a S and too small for a M. The 29.5" waist on the small came to about 1.5" below my 29" waistline/belly button, fit my legs and 37" hips/lack of rear end rather snugly but did not fit at the top without some uncomfortable muffin top action going on. The medium's 32" waist came up to my actual waist but were very baggy in the waist/hips/thighs. The zippers, mesh, removable hip/pelvic bone padding and construction seemed nice - the zippers are easily caught in the fabric next to them, though, and I think anything will make marks on this fabric. The snap adjustments in the waistline subtract .5" each at most. For shorter ladies, they look like they'd be somewhat easy to take up depending on how well you'd want the hems finished. The knee armor in both sizes hit at the right places when seated without adjustment.
$20 in return shipping bites a bit to learn this lesson after being advised that these pants run large (the small doesn't, the medium WAY does).
The inseam is 32", not 35".
Yes, I recommend this product.

Are these pants easy to hem. I have a 29" inseam.

...and as far as Rick's comments about zippers - these zippers are easy-peasy to shorten - either just hem the entire bottom of the pant (folding the zipper so you can't zip any further down) or sew a bunch of times around the zipper teeth where you want it to stop, and trim below your new zipper stop.

Do you wear these over your jeans?

I am looking for riding pants that are NOT designed to be worn as extra protection over your jeans or as cold weather extra gear. I live in Florida so layering pants is not necessary here. Thank you.
I was planning on wearing them under a skirt as leg protection - maybe over compression shorts because the front panel is mesh - they seem to be really well ventilated, but FL? I think I'd want silver or white mesh - black is going to be HOT. :)

The inseam is actually 32", not 35", and when you sit down these move up quite a bit due to the knee armor, so they might come close to fitting you without taking them up.

But to answer your question - depending on how well "refined" of a hem you're looking for, it could be easy. I've attached a photo of the hem of the ones I received.
