This glove has some great features especially considering it's sub one hundred dollar price. The only complaint I have is the lack of a double strap on the wrist but that's really a nit pick item. They fit well, ride nice and cool, and they look good!
Yes, I recommend this product.

Which size should I get?

I recently tried on a size large which was a bit to small and and extra large which was a bit to large. Can I get a large with smaller cheek pads or vice versa the xl with smaller pads? I'm wearing a HJC CL-16 right now size large and the fit is perfect.

Are these iridium?

Take for instance the gold. Is that gold tint or mirrored?
