This is my first Bluetooth so I can't speak for other products or compare. I am super happy with this Bluetooth the sound is clear but not very loud but when able to I plan to upgrade to the bigger speakers having the option to do so is great. You can change speakers mics etc. I have only made 2 calls and 1 moving and at 60 mph on my Harley Davidson the person said I sounded good and could hear them just fine. I installed this set up on my HJC IS-16. I mostly got it to listen to tune when I ride by myself. It was easy to pair with my iPhone 4 and hear music but I am still going to try the upgraded speakers which is only about $20(great price). Speaking of great price I caught these on sale here and paid under $100. Customer service is unsurpassed! Definitely worth the money you won't be disappointed and Revzilla is a great place to buy.

Does this package include the microphone for full face helmets?
Just like it shows in the picture. But you can order and change it out with a flat microphone if the boom(small) mic doesn't work for you. I have the one it comes with in my full face and like it.

How many headsets can the SMH5 connect to?
I understand that the 5 can connect to the 10, but I read somewhere that the SMH5 is for the single rider. No where in the description did it say that it has the capability to connect to other Sena headsets (SMH10 or SMH5). I'm just wondering if this is a good buy. A few friends of mine and I considering purchasing, but its not worth the money if it only connects to one other headset or none at all.
I haven't tried it but the install paper work specifically for the Sena SMH5 shows that it can be paired with 3 others. You plus 3 friends/riders
