I returned this glove once and continued looking. It was comfortable in some areas and completely off in others
They looked cool and the areas where it fit were great... But i'm picky so i returned it and continued looking.
After a long search and comparison for mid priced and satisfactory summer commuter gloves i decided to risk return shipping cost and ordered a size smaller (two sizes smaller compared to some other gloves. It fit great! Across the whole hand. A bit snug but broke in fast and very comfortable. Really great airflow, looks good and sits well.
As with summer gloves, the cloth parts get fuzzy where they come in contact with velcro and the stitching is not that great. Just clip some of the threads #not too close) that start coming out and it will continue looking good. For the price, i'd get another pair once i wear this one out.
I tried some more expensive gloves but on the whole the improvements did not reflect the boost in price... maybe if you go much higher.
Good glove.
Yes, I recommend this product.

has anyone else had quality problems?

I bought two pairs of these, one for my son and one for me & both are showing unusual signs of wear. The palm titanium pad is cracking after about two months of weekend riding. Is this normal?
The glove has a metal mesh in the knuckles. I have not seen any sort of metal in the palm. If you're talking about the metal mesh in the knuckles, ....I have doubts that it's Titanium... though it sounds bretty "rad"... regardless of wether or not, i've had mine for a number of months and the only signs of wear are the threads coming out #and the cloth starting to fuzz a little#. I've pulled a few out and clipped a few and it's fine. Maybe if you've left the gloves somewhere where they were exposed to dramatic changes in heat, they could have become brittle. Mine have shown slight tarnishing but no cracking.
