Works great as an intercom between rider and passenger at lower speeds it is loud and clear. As others have noted over 55 mph it becomes hard to hear, so no conversations, but you can understand "Pullover" or other simple communication. For the price it is hard to beat.
We have it installed in full face helmets and it works best with the visor closed. The install was really easy and the fact they are factory linked meant you just charge them up and ride. I have not attempted linking to my phone, no real desire for that distraction. I do wish there was an option for a wired mic rather than the boom mount which is clunky inside my helmet when I am riding solo (90% of the time).
Yes, I recommend this product.
