Lighter than my Neotec, looks better too. Top of pinlock is in line of sight when not riding upright. Love the lumino feature but it gave me a scare when I could barely see the taillight in front of me when we entered a tunnel( had to open my shield which left my eyes unprotected) it should come with a visor aswell. Everything else is upto par with Neotec. Love the Quickrelease strap. Nearly $300 less than Neotec. I don't believe there's a helmet made where one doesn't need hearing protection for extended rides of 50+ mph (If you don't think you need one it's because you are already going deaf).

Everything about this SMH10R is as good if not mostly better than my Q2. Low profile is a plus and looks more built-in rather than the totally add-on look of all the other aftermarket BT including the other Sena products. As far as durability, that remains to be seen. I've only had it for 1,300 miles albeit in light rain, fog, 30's w/ windchill,120mph, twisties up in the BlueRidge MT, highs of 83F. It worked flawlessly, so only time will tell. Oh and btw I haven't used the intercom. But that will change as soon as I work out a deal for a second unit. Make sure you finalize where you locate the unit before peeling the backing for the adhesive tape. Installed it on my Lazer Monaco (modular) as far forward and as low allowable. The reason this unit doesn't get excellent rating is it's not a built-in unit for the helmet. Speaking of which this unit was a replacement for the LazerLink(optional built-in BT for $125) for the Monaco.

I did not like how the shoulder flap for the air inlet acted like a scoop when zipper was closed. This is personal tolerance to temps, when stopped I quickly felt warm on a 60 degree day. Also, critical areas of jacket should have been black color material( dirt/soil shows on hi viz color). Less hi viz is better in this case.I normally wear meds( ordered S based on video review) fits me very comfortably( not tight nor loose)there is room for Gerbing jacket liner( insulated liner removed). I'm 5'7"/165 (pants 32x32 but my waist is 30 & inseams is 31,chest 42 with breath in,neck was snug I have 17"neck). I hope this helps with fitment.
