I was looking for a pair of pants that were short of the tucked-into-boots-with-kneesliders type but still offered leather protection. Oh and they needed to be comfortable in the summer.
Well, here they are.
First about fit: They're way more hipster jeans than WalMart jeans. That means slim. I love them but they might not be for everyone. Oh, and trust the Revzilla guys. I argued with my sales associate for 15 minutes about how a 52 long might not work for me (I'm 6'3", 205 and slim). I was of course wrong and the pants fit great.
The construction seems solid and I hope to never test them. Leather feels substantial and the knee armor is nice. Again, I just feel safer wearing leather.
On an 80 degree day, I forgot I had on leather pants. They flow a ton of air and were comfortable for a 4 hour ride. They're understated and devoid of "Ricky Racer" styling (I try to only look like Ricky Racer when I'm racing).
Overall, I'm really pleased. They're not cheap but they really fit the bill for an all-around pant that offers protection and warm weather ability.
Ride safe.
Yes, I recommend this product.
