These are great riding jeans, without looking so much like riding jeans.
I purchased these as they offer more protection then most other riding jeans and seemed like the best value for what you got. The protection areas were larger then others I had looked at. And with a 4.4 second rating, also advertised more protection. Hopefully I never find out if that is true. They breath well and fit comfortably while on bike. Of course, with the kevlar panels they are going to be warmer then standard jeans.
As for size, I luckily had the opportunity to try on the Drayko Renegades and realized they came a little large. Normally I would wear a 33 or 34, but in the Drayko's I wear a 32. They also offer some stretch, so this helps with the fit and comfort. They also come very long, and you can either hem them or roll them up as I did.

This is my second piece of Kriega luggage. I bought this to add to my US-20 that I use almost daily for commuting to work. I purchased the US-30 for a recent camping trip on my 2012 Triumph Bonneville. The US-30 was able to hold my sleeping bag, pad, tent and poles, along with a few other misc things. I then mounted it with the US-20 stacked on top. This created a very solid system that stayed secure and stable. Being able to mix and match the pieces is fantastic. Not sure I would need more storage (I also had small saddle bags, but they didn't contain much) I could add another US-20 and change the configuration.
The options are limitless, which is one thing I enjoy. They mount securely to a variety of bikes and look good. Very happy with my purchase.

Originally was going to purchase the SM10 standard unit with the optional helmet clamp kit that had the other microphone options, and then I discovered this snowmobile version. This is the perfect kit for those with full face or modular helmets. (I think they are missing a huge marketing opportunity) I fitted this to a Nolan N104 (with helmet modification), and utilized the wired boom mic. My friend fitted the wired mic to his full face. Works fabulous. The interface is much simpler then competing units. Great sound. Easy to use with gloves.
After the version 4.0 upgrade I paired with an IPhone 4S and it works perfectly. Siri initiates with 1 simple button press and allows a lot of functionality.

This is a very impressive product. I had read fantastic reviews, and it lived up to them. Product was better then advertised. Very well made, high quality materials and quality construction. The mounting was straight forward on a 2012 Triumph Bonneville.
The ease of use makes this a very functional piece. It is simple to put on and take off bike, and the addition of the shoulder strap makes it easy to carry around. I am looking forward to purchasing other Kriega products and using them as my touring luggage.

What size capacity?
I'm torn between the 20L and the 30L Kriega bags. I know that I could always go larger with the buckle system, but the 20L seems perfect for day-to-day use. My question is- in your opinion- could I say, fit a 12 pack of beer and a pair of shoes in the 20L? If not, I will go with the 30L. Also, can I strap the 30L bag vertically so it doesn't hang over the side?
I would go with the 20L. I use it daily with a 14 inch laptop, books, sometimes leather chaps, shoes, etc, with plenty of room.
I also own the 30 liter. I only use that for trips so far. I can fit a sleeping bag, pad, 2 person tent with poles and a few other misc things in that one.
I havent tried a 12 pack of beer, but I have fit a growler (1/2 gallon) easily. Along with chips, dip and other party supplies. All in a US-20.
