Bought these because of the rear zipper design. Wanted something less bulky in the calf area, especially on the inside area where I connect with the bike. These fit the bill perfectly. Very compact but still beefy enough to offer needed protection. I wear a 10.5 to 11 usually and have narrow feet (B to C width) and the 44's fit like they were custom made. The inside lace was a set it once and forget it for me. Feel very secure on the bike and not at all clunky like my A-Stars SMX boots with the inner side zipper and velcro flaps. Ventilation has been great and they are fine for moderate walking around when off the bike.

Omni-Cruise Universal Cruise Control/Throttle Lock Slip it on to any size grip, on any bike. Snug the thumb screw. Go Ride. The Omni Cruise is a universal fit motorcycle throttle lock. It is a new concept in easing the stress on riders wrists. Not only universal fit, it also installs in seconds to provide fully adjustable cruise control on any bike and only when you need it. That means it isn't using up any valuable grip space when you don't need it, and when you do, the Omni-Cruise Throttle Lock is the thinnest on-grip motorcycle cruise control on the market at only a quarter of an inch wide. When you hit that unavoidable boring stretch of road and your fingers begin to go numb and your wrist is starting to ache, simply lift up on the Omni-Cruise control thumb lever, and it takes the weight of the throttle return off of your wrist. Pulling the brake lever will lift the Omni-Cruise, thus turning it off. Also, rotating the throttle off will lift the Omni-Cruise, turning it off. To decrease the maintained speed, simply rotate the throttle off to the speed desired. To increase speed, either roll on the throttle then push press down on the Omni-Cruise with your finger or press down and roll the throttle at the same time. It is simple to install, simple to adjust, and simple to use. In seconds the Omni-Cruise can adjust to fit anything from a 50cc pocket bike to some of the largest cruiser grips ever put on a bike. Anything from scooters to cruisers, super sport to super naked, and any bikes in between. If it has a throttle and a brake lever with 3.25 clearance, the Omni-Cruise Cruise Control fits. It is designed to ease tension on the riders wrist, and not to enable single handed operation of a cycle. Your right hand is your gateway to speed control and removing your hand completely increases your response time in the event of any unforeseen event (like a rogue suicidal squirrel). Simply put, keeping your hand on the grip increases your chances of living through a bad situation no matter what throttle assist best fits your needs. Omni-Cruise requires a minimum of 3 1/4 of clearance from the grip to any objects that may interfere with its operation, including hand guards and low mirrors in front of the grip. Many times these interfering objects can be adjusted, but not always. Please measure if there is a risk of interference. Features Installs and comes off in 6 seconds with gloves on At 1/4 wide the Omni-Cruise takes up less grip space than any other on-grip product on the market Utility Thumb Lever flips 180 out of the way quickly for bikes with close-proximity plastics and windshields and provides ergonomical thumb activation Weather proof Body CNC'd from premium 6061 USA-made billet aluminum Pivot nut made from 7075 premium grade Aluminum Lower Slide (contacts brake lever) CNC'd from Acetol to prevent wear on lever Plastic Thumb Knob on Stainless Steel screw allows easy adjustment with gloves on without removing your hand from the throttle Stainless Hardware with high end Brazilian 17-7 Stainless spring washers 1 year warranty

I bought this directly from manufacturer at a show. Does not hold no matter how tight I adjust the thumb screw. Speed will gradually fall in matter of seconds while trying to cruise. Great idea but does not work for me.

Arai Pro Shade System for SAI-Compatible Helmets Nowadays it is quite common to use a retractable sun-visor that is situated between the helmets outer- and inner shell to protect against sun glare. However, it is Arais opinion that this construction could affect the performance of a helmet during impact. As the Pro Shade System is completely mounted on the outside of the helmet, it will not in any way negatively affect the performance of the helmet. The Pro Shade System is a small peak that is locked in position. Unlocking is easy just pull the Pro Shade System forward, then it can be flipped down with a flick of the hand to act as an effective sun-visor. The Pro Shade System is the complete all-weather system for serious touring riders, offering protection against sun glare, fogging and misting, especially for riders that prefer an upright seating position and/or the comfort of a fairing, the Pro Shade System will enhance the riders comfort significantly. Features Fits all Arai SAI full-face helmets including the Arai Corsair V, Vector 2, RX-Q, Arai Signet-Q and Defiant Complete system, pre-mounted on clear Arai MAX Vision visor (included) Compatible with Arai SAI Max Vision Pinlock Inserts With Brow Vents (sold separately) Enhanced aerodynamics Increased helmet stability Removable for easy cleaning No contact with visor no scratching

Works perfectly. Great protection from the sun without having to wear sunglasses and easily and quickly flipped up when sun goes down. No need to stop to change shields. Leaves the bottom fourth of the clear shield exposed so you can see gages and LCD screens easily. Fits standard helmet and includes a high quality molded clear shield. The helmet and foam liner do not need to be compromised as in other internal shade designs.

Bought these to go with Racing C3 jacket (See my other review). Very comfortable and good match up for me with jacket. I am 6' 175 lbs with long legs and the combo works great. Size 52 Long (Dainese 104) and fit was perfect. Just a bit snug in waist at first but very comfortable and a two hour break in ride. They do have elasticated sides which help make them more adaptable. No puling or binding when tucked on bike. Very nice leather with good knee and shin protection. Hip pads appear to offer reasonable protection. Pockets are nice. but I don't plan on using them as I don't want to stretch the leather in that area. I like a snug fit - make me feel more secure on the bike and gives confidence that padding and armor will stay in place if needed. Just wish they offered them in perforated version. So far they have been comfortable in temperatures in low 80's.

Heard that Dainese fits taller riders better so tried this jacket. Same size as my Astars but sleeves and body are slightly longer so fit is better. Ventilation is excellent and I like the extra zippered vents because they add even more air flow for our hotter days. I find the "high" collar a little annoying and stuck a large bottle in the neck for a few days to reshape it a little to keep it from hitting my adams apple. I do miss the Astars vertical zip vest pocket but other than that the better fit and better ventilation make this a great choice if you are a little tall for standard sizes.

Bought these to wear with my Astars leathers for road trip to Deals Gap and to wear during some spirited riding on the Dragon and other twisties. Wear size 10.5-11 normally and 45 fits me perfectly. I have a B/C width and find Astars boots to fit me extremely well. The three Velcro arrangement worked well and did held during off the bike walking. Boots were comfortable and kept me dry during a ride through mild rainstorm lasting about 2 hours. We're not too warm in temperatures up to mid 80's. haven't ridden in hotter weather yet. I am an Astars convert as their cuts fit my 6' leaner build perfectly.

I'm 6' and 175lbs with slightly longer legs and slim frame with a 36" waist. The size 52 size fits perfectly. Quality construction, good air flow and mates up to my GP-R jacket. Armor is in the right place and stays where it should. Took me a couple tries with other brand to figure out I must have an "Italian" build. Will be buying Alpinestars exclusively from now on. If you are a little put off by the price keep in mind buying better quality costs less in the long run.

I wanted better protection (CE2) in a jacket insert and ordered the Forcefield Pro Type A Medium for an Astars GP-R jacket size 52. The Forcefield fits well width wise and is just a little longer than the pocket but I was able to still secure the Velcro at the bottom opening of the pocket to retain the pad securely. Being CE2 and a little larger than the available Astars CE1 insert, I am more confident in the level of protection. Nice and comfy and molds to your shape very easily.
I also ordered the Astars Track Pants to go with the Jacket. If I decide to run the combo on the track, I can swap out the Forcefield back pad for the snap in Bionic Race which is longer than the Forcefield and has the interlocking panel "turtle shell" back.

Wearing with Trigger suit for track days. Large size seems perfect and gives full coverage down to tailbone without crowding. Very comfortable and good air flow. Took a couple wearings to break in suit with protector but now feels like a second skin with protector in place. It seems to articulate just fine. A little awkward to put on. I snap it into the suit after I put on the bottom half and then pull the waist band around front before putting in arms and pulling up top half of suit. Seems to work well and fairly quickly on and off.
