Air flow is pretty pathetic. There are two zippable air vents on the thigh of each leg. One intake and one exhaust. They help but these pants are not great for summers.
Waist is loose for me, I'm skinny but the waist still seems to be too loose. Don't size down though because then the legs are too short. On the flip side, AGV included adjustable waist band tensioners that take some of the slack out, so all is not lost.

First off, these aren't really for the track.

So what are they for?
They are for spirited street rides, where a high level of protection is desired, as well as comfort.
If you want something for commuting and wearing around more I would reccomend more of a sneaker style riding shoe.
The bottom of these shoes are hard enough that when walking around in normal places (school, walmart, etc.) they make loud clunks. Also they come up well past your ankle, limiting your range ankles range of motion, which is good for crashing, but not for everyday.

These are some of the cheapest motorcycles gloves on the market. They are also made by a major brand, icon.
You get what you pay for though. The protection is far from an expensive Kevlar cyborg gauntlet glove. and the padding is also minimal. But for the price these gloves are just right.
These gloves are summer gloves and flow plenty of air.
TL;DR They are cheap gloves that work. Expand your budget if you have high expectations.

About me: I bought a blue in size small on closeout for close to $100. The blue parts match my bike and it fits nicely. I'm 5'10" and 135 lbs.
First off, if you need a summer jacket; get mesh instead. This gets way too hot. I have to ride around with it unzipped at least halfway. I bought it thinking the unzippable air flow slots would get me by, but everyday I burn up in the Texas heat. Once I start sweating the worst part is the lower arm sections stick to my skin, and can remain wet for days if not heavily aired out.
Other than the heat this is a nice jacket.

Near your butt there is a 10 inch long zipper that will connect this jacket to any set of AGV Sport pants, which is nice for spirited rides to keep everything together.
There is a large pocket inside the jacket on the left breast.
There is a phone pocket with velcro inside the jacket on the right breast. However I doubt it would fit some larger Android phones (4"+ screens) with protective cases on. (apple folk will be fine)
There are two internal liners. One thermal, and one for water.
TL;DR
Great jacket for price, but get mesh instead for HOT days.

Are the knee pads adjustable? Are you able to put these pants on over boots or are the leg zippers too short?
The knee pads are rubber and fit into a mesh pouch on the inside of the pant leg. They do have room to move and can be shifted around while riding. They can also be removed altogether if you don't like them, or for washing the pants.
The pant legs do go over boots, even with the leg zippers zipped. This is how I ride
