We were able to install our intercom system in this helmet, whereas we could not in another brand. The shield and sun visor are very easy to use, but we wish the sun visor came down another inch. As advertised, there is no distortion in the shield. Instead of being one big round orb, the helmet has differently angled features in it, which helps to cut down on sunglare from the driver's helmet to the passenger. While we do not ride at night, we appreciate the reflectors on the helmet. The easy release and fasten chin strap is a definite plus! The padding seems substantial and is comfortable. It doesn't hurt that the helmet looks sharp, too!
