After trying on every pair of remotely straight/skinny leg kevlar jeans in my size, these are one of the two pair that I actually kept. But they still weren't great "off the shelf." Dainese seems to think ladies are shaped like bullfrogs. These jeans have a huge waist, crazy tight hips, and baggy legs.
Because of the hips, I returned my original order for a size larger. Then I brought the new jeans to a tailor, who took in the waist and streamlined the legs from about mid-thigh down. The inseam is also very long, but I'm just dealing with that by cuffing or scrunching them. With these alterations, the jeans are pretty good. They were uncomfortable at first (I spent my first ride thinking "oh god I've made a $250 mistake") but softened up a bit with wear. And after the alterations, they're definitely the most attractive riding jeans I've tried. They don't have multiple bulky layers throughout. They don't have crazy fading or ridiculous embroidered graphics. The knees are reinforced but the stitching is subtle. They just look like regular old straight-leg jeans for the most part, which is exactly what I wanted.

I bought this for my dad since I liked my own vest so much. He loves it too! We did have to exchange for a larger size, but he was juuusstt on the edge of almost being able to wear the size I originally purchased, so I think it's mostly true to size, bordering on slightly small.
He usually carries his phone and a pen in a shirt pocket, but there's a heating pad right over the pocket so his phone overheated the first time he wore it. Not a deal breaker in my opinion, just use another pocket.

This is awesome. There's not much more to say than that - it fit true to size, it's warm, and it looks like a regular vest. I loved mine so much that I bought one for my dad.

I didn't keep these jeans, but they weren't so bad. Compared to other kevlar jeans, that is. They run a bit large all around (I tried on a pair one size smaller than my "street" size, but if I'd wanted these jeans I think I would have had to exchange for even a size smaller than that). The fading contrasts more in real life than in the picture, which I didn't like. But all around, they're a cute-ish, street-style pair of riding jeans that I couldn't find much fault with.
But if you want bootcut kevlar jeans, I think the Teknic Venom is a better option. I think all around they are about the same level of cuteness as these MotoLisa jeans, but the Venom has removable armor and more kevlar. If they're pretty similar on the attractiveness scale, I don't see any reason not to go for the pair with more protection.

I know the point of protective pants is not Gisele-level hotness, but I would have been embarrassed to walk around in these. I do not exactly have dainty thighs, but the whole leg on these was huge on me. I looked like a bulky pile of potatoes.
I did, however, appreciate that they're not crazy faded or covered in obnoxious graphics.
These pants were also really uncomfortable in the crotch area. The waist was pretty small, so I'm pretty sure it was *supposed* to be sitting nearer to my actual/natural waist, but there wasn't enough length in the rise to actually get the top of the pants up that high, so they were pulling and giving me an all-around perma-wedgie (hot, right?). I've never had this problem with any jeans before, so I don't think *I'm* strangely shaped.
I returned them. They were unusably uncomfortable and unusually dumpy-looking.

Revzilla's return department and my local shop could confirm that I've tried on a zillion pair of Kevlar jeans lately. Speaking from a purely style note, these are "nothing special" compared to my regular jeans, but worlds better than any kevlar jeans I've tried on! They don't make me look like I'm lumpy-pile-of-potatoes-shaped, they don't have crazy fading or obnoxious graphics. While there is some additional seaming to accomodate the protective features, it's subtle and doesn't scream "protective jeans." The rise is a bit mom-jeanish, but I like that in riding jeans because I don't have to worry about my butt hanging out. The removable knee protectors are actually not super obnoxiously noticeable.
Sizing note - as with all kevlar jeans I've tried on, I had to go down a size from my "street size."
