REV'IT! Airwave Pants The perfect match for the REV'IT! Airwave jacket, these trousers are also great over-pants to wear on top of your jeans during summer commutes. The large air mesh panels allow for maximum cooling, but that's not all they're on and off in seconds, thanks to the long inside zippers. Reflective panels at the lower legs ensure great visibility at all times. Even more, the Knox Flexiform CE-approved armor is located in height adjustable pockets, allowing you to position the armour just the way you like it. Available in classic black or fresh silver. PROTECTION FEATURES Outer shell polyester 600D , PWRshell 500D stretch, PWRshell mesh, polyester rib Visibility laminated reflection at calf Protection Knox Flexiform CE protection at knees , prepared for TRYONIC Seesoft CE-level 1 type B hip protector insert - version RV01 ( sold separately ) ERGONOMIC FEATURES Fit tour fit , regular Adjustability adjustment straps at waist, adjustment tab at ankles Ventilation ventilation panels at legs Features easy entrance zipper at calf, adjustable protector pockets, short connection zipper, elastic at waistband Pockets slit pockets

Awesome style (in the gray / white, afterall who wants to wear black in the summer?) and great fit. My only complaint is the size of the side pockets - they awkward even for a set of keys so I tend to use the jacket pockets instead.
Feels AMAZEBALLS when you get going - this far exceeds any other mesh product I've used - and it doesn't have the mesh look or feel, and still provides full on protection so I feel much more comfortable ripping around in the southern heat.

REV'IT! Airwave Jacket Let the air in on those hot summer days, when the heat of the tarmac seems to burn right through the soles of your feet. There's just no excuse not to get on your bike when you have the REV'IT Airwave jacket. It allows for maximum airflow to keep you cool, whilst keeping you well protected with a combination of durable PWR shell fabric at the impact zones and strong mesh fabric at the chest, back, and arms. Available in 5 striking color combinations, to match either the black or silver Airwave trousers. PROTECTION FEATURES Outer shell polyester 600D, PWRshell mesh, Lorica reg, polyester rib, polyester 600D EN471 Visibility laminated reflection at upper arms and back Protection Knox Flexiform CE protection at shoulders and elbows Back Protector (sold separately) Seesoft Back Protector -Type KN Type KN / Size 106 fits SM-4XL ERGONOMIC FEATURES Fit tour fit , regular Adjustability adjustment straps at hips, adjustment tabs at collar, upper arms and cuffs Ventilation ventilation panels at chest, back and arms Features jeans loop, short connection zipper Pockets inner pockets, slit pockets Additional Note The shoulders and side accent panels on the Silver/Neon colorways are black, not dark grey as shown in product image.

This is likely the first jacket I've owned that is appropriate for summer riding in NC. The fit is superb, the mesh is efficient but not obvious and the white/grey color is ideal for reflecting back the hot sun.
My only complaints between the jacket and pants are that the pockets are a bit awkward - but hey I don't intend to stand around in these anyways so no worries - and the back protection seems a bit lighter than I would have wanted.
Overall the jacket and pants leave me feeling far more protected and comfortable than I've ever felt in the summer months!
