Bought this vest at the beginning of the summer. Ride with it because I like the look and the fact that it keeps you cooler than a jacket.
Was in an accident 2 weeks ago while wearing this. The back plate is thicker and stronger than most backplates you find in full jackets. If I had not been wearing this I would have broken my back 100%. Chunks taken out of the leather all along the spine but back armour still in tact and saved me. Without it I wouldn't be walking.
Yes, I recommend this product.

What is the difference ?

What is the difference between this vest and Icon Regulator Vest ? The design is a bit different, but thats all what i noticed. However there is price difference. Is there some extra protection?
No extra protection. Same thing except it's stripped. No logos, emblems, etc. It's just straight black. As opposed to the 'stealth' or 'black' coloured Regulator has the word ICON across the chest.
