The helmet fits my head shape very well and with the optional check pads sizes it fits very well. The air flow is good and the noise level is actually less than what I had expected for a dual sport helmet. Waiting on the pin-lock face shield system and then I should be complete. I normally wear a Shoei RF-1000 and the shape seems similar.

Arai XD-4 Cheekpads Replacement cheek pads for use with Arai XD4 Helmets. For Arai XD-4 Helmets, all cheek pads are interchangeable between the different helmet sizes. Remember, if you need more room in the helmet you need to order a smaller (thinner) cheek pad. To make a helmet tighter, you would need to buy a larger (thicker) cheek pad.

They fit very nice, I don't need to remove them to get the CC out while fueling or taking my helmet on and off. Very good for a water proof glove!!
