Just a quick review of the front Karoo 3, I've put about 1K miles on the front in mixed conditions and it's shown very little wear and worked well both on and off road. Compared to a TKC80, it is a bit cheaper and I think better on road and comparable off road. I now needed a rear tire and thought I would try the Karoo 3 rear. Have not had time to install it yet, but it looks good too. Only problem is that it's listed on Revzilla and elsewhere as a 150/70R17 size which implies that it's a radial construction. I just contacted Metzler directly, and was told that it is not a radial in this size, only radial in the 170 rear and 120 front sizes. Kinda a bummer, but I'll try it anyway I guess.
