I bought this helmet kind of on a whim. My buddy had the SyMax-2 and I loved the "transforming" capabilities. After purchasing the helmet I was surprised to find it's incredibly quiet. Usually helmets with a bunch of bells and whistles sacrifice something in the way of sound-reduction, comfort or...I don't know; something. So far, I can't find a thing my other helmets have over this one. It out-performs in every way I can tell so far (I've had it less than a month.) HJC's always been good with their helmets. After this one, though, I'm never recommending another company, or another helmet to anyone else.
Side note; for those of you that wear glasses while you ride like me, the "SunShield" inside the helmet does go over your glasses without issue.
Yes, I recommend this product.
