Heidenau K60 Scout Rear Tire A true 50/50 dual sport tire, the Heidenau K60 Scout brings a proven balance of performance on- and off-road. With an improved tread and compound, the Heidenau K60 Scout dual sport tires deliver better cornering stability and wet weather grip on the pavement, while delivering off-road as well. The chevron style tread pattern is similar to full knobby designs which provides lots of open space between the tread blocks to route sand, mud and water from the contact patch while constantly keeping some rubber in contact with the road as the tire rotates. This tire is a stand-out as it does not sacrifice on-road longevity and adhesion to the pavement for off-road traction. A difficult feat for any tire to accomplish. TL Tubeless TT Tube Type Tire Please Note The K60 Scout tread pattern will vary depending on tire size.

I bought this tire for a road trip form NY to the south west. I wanted something that would last the whole trip, and would provide a nice blend for on and off-road use. I now have over 7000 miles on the rear tire and still have plenty or tread left. On dry pavement, fire roads and gravel roads it works very well. Once the weather gets wet though you need to take care, I had a low side a couple of weeks ago. Roads were wet I was going around a turn and I felt the tire just disappear on me. Next thing I know I’m sliding on the pavement watching my bike slide away from me… Thanks to gear and crash bars I had very little damage.

I have owned these pants for over a year now, I use them for my daily commute. They are very shiny, so you definitely look out of place wearing them. They are also very long and I had to have them tailored. As for function, they fit easily over jeans or my work pants. I went down in them yesterday, the road was wet and my rear tire slid out. They worked very well, I just have a small whole in the back where I slid. Other than that the pants are fine and I am fine. So they did their job well.

I love these boots; they were exactly what I was looking for. I have owned them for almost a year so I have logged a lot of time in them. They have great style and reasonable protection. I bought these to wear to work and they have become my go to boot for around town riding. I needed something I could wear that looked somewhat professional. They are extremely comfortable and I can wear them all day. That being said, I wouldn’t wear them on a track day, off road or in the rain. I have been down in them and other than a scuff on the toe they did well. I have the brown ones and if you want them darker just use some Dr. Martens Wonder Shoe Balsam. I treat mine about once a month. It gives them a much darker almost coffee color.

I love this jacket and pants combo. I bought them for a late fall motorcycle tour through New England. I didn't really have any gear that I though was really weather proof and Revzilla had it on sale. I'm very glad I pulled the trigger on it. It rained the whole trip and I mean it rained all day for 6 days with temps in the low 50s. I did 9hrs in the rain on one of the days and was as dry as a bone. I think that had it not been for this jacket and pants, I would have been miserable. That being said there are a couple of draw backs. Because the liner is on the inside of the jacket, the outside gets pretty wet, they did dry overnight though. And I think you really need to get the SAS-TEC back protector if you buy it. The one that comes with it is a joke, for the price I would expect better. And I haven't ridden through the summer yet but my expectation is that above 80 I would leave it at home.

 REV'IT! Cayenne Pro Pants
REV'IT! Cayenne Pro Pants
REV'IT! Cayenne Pro Pants When REV'IT introduced the new Cayenne Pro Jacket , they were tasked with developing an equally strong pair of pants the CAYENNE PRO pants. All of the product improvements incorporated in the jacket, such as weight reduction, improved insulation properties and stitch reducing laminated reflection and Super fabric panels have also been incorporated in the new CAYENNE PRO textile pants. These pants can be zipped to the jacket by a short or an all around 360 degree connection zipper. For the serious commuter or adventure / touring rider, this is the pair of pants that will fulfill your needs . Available in standard, long and short leg lengths, the Cayenne Pro Pants will zip with any current model men's REV'IT Jacket. While made to work specifically with the Cayenne Pro Jacket, the Cayenne Pro Pants also function very well when paired with the REV'IT Sand Jacket or REV'IT Dragon Jacket. PROTECTION FEATURES Outershell DuPont Cordura 500D, DuPont Cordura1000D, SuperFabric Insulation detachable Exkin lining Protection SAS TEC CE protection, Temperfoam hippadding, double textile seat Waterproofing detachable REVIT! Hydratex 3-layer membrane Breathability detachable REVIT! Hydratex 3-layer membrane Visibility laminated reflective panels ERGONOMIC FEATURES Fit pre-shaped close fit Adjustability adjustable waist, stretch panels at the knee and back Ventilation ventilation zippers on the upper leg Features short and long connection zipper Pockets 2 slit pockets A commonly asked question we get is what is the difference between the Cayenne Pro Pants and the Sand Pants Both are high-end 4-season pants, but the difference is in the materials used. The Cayenne Pro's use an Exkin thermal liner, shown to have half the weight / thickness of the Dupont liner in the Sand Pants. The Cayenne Pro's use SAS-TEC armor, and the Sand uses Pro-Life and while both are CE level 2, the SAS-TEC armor is softer (only turning hard on impact) and more comfortable. The last major difference is the use of SuperFabric on the impact areas in the Cayenne Pro.

I bought these pants before a 8 day late fall motorcycle tour through New England. It ended up raining 80% of the trip. I was very impressed with how well these pants preformed. Even after 9hrs of saddle time in one day of constant rain I stayed bone dry. These pants made what might have been a miserable trip more than bearable. Not only do they preform extremely well, they look great also. I received numerous complements on them.

Even after 9hrs of saddle time in one day of constant rain my feet stayed warm and dry. If I have a complaint about them it's that they are a bit chunky and it took a little time to get used to shifting with them. Other than that they are just as advertised.

I bought these gloves for a 8 day late fall motorcycle tour through New England. It ended up raining 80% of the trip. The only week spot in my gear were these gloves. After about an hour my hands were wet. Once wet they are very hard to get on and off. They also require 2 days to dry so once wet my hands were never dry again... I love my other Rev'it gear but was disappointed with these gloves. Also make sure you buy a size up.
