Appears as advertised. Pretty comfortable in place. Took a little scrunching to get it into the pocket in the jacket. Fits perfectly and I will assume it works perfectly :)

I really liked the look of the guys version better, but these are okay. What I absolutely do not like is the removable shift pad. You slip it on the end of the show via an elastic band. Looks ridiculous and when you walk you then have this pad on the bottom of your foot. Who wants to slip this thing on/off all the time? They really should have just sewn a pad into the shoe or made it velcro to the top. I have to say this bugs me a lot.
I wear a size 8 (womens) dress shoe and an 8.5 in running shoes... a 40 euro usually fits and I'd say this shoe is a little bigger than I'd expected based on other 40's I've worn.
No, I do not recommend this product.
