Appears as advertised. Pretty comfortable in place. Took a little scrunching to get it into the pocket in the jacket. Fits perfectly and I will assume it works perfectly :)
Yes, I recommend this product.

TCX Women's X-Square Boots Finally, a women's specific version of one of TCX's best-selling boots. TCX didn't just shrink and pink the X-Square Lady, but utilized the same anatomy-focused product development considerations for this Women's model that they have applied to others like the Lady Aura . These include using a women's specific last with narrower heel, lower toe box, and accommodation for a higher arch. Features UPPER suede with patent leather inserts and padded collar LINING 2D mesh PROTECTION ankle guards, reinforced toe and heel counter CLOSURE laces and Velcro band INSOLE molded EVA with antibacterial, moisture wicking face fabric SOLE wear-resistant, mono compound rubber sole with specific grip area

I really liked the look of the guys version better, but these are okay. What I absolutely do not like is the removable shift pad. You slip it on the end of the show via an elastic band. Looks ridiculous and when you walk you then have this pad on the bottom of your foot. Who wants to slip this thing on/off all the time? They really should have just sewn a pad into the shoe or made it velcro to the top. I have to say this bugs me a lot.
I wear a size 8 (womens) dress shoe and an 8.5 in running shoes... a 40 euro usually fits and I'd say this shoe is a little bigger than I'd expected based on other 40's I've worn.
No, I do not recommend this product.
