These pants can be zipped to the jacket by a short or an all around 360 degree connection zipper. The Cayenne Pro's use an Exkin thermal liner, shown to have half the weight / thickness of the Dupont liner in the Sand Pants. The Cayenne Pro's use SAS-TEC armor, and the Sand uses Pro-Life and while both are CE level 2, the SAS-TEC armor is softer (only turning hard on impact) and more comfortable. The last major difference is the use of SuperFabric on the impact areas in the Cayenne Pro.
