Good coverage for hot weather riding without that funny mushroom head look that some helmets have, and it stays put at highway speeds. I did need to add one small pieces of Velcro type hook loop to each side of the insides of the removable liner to keep it in place when I removed the helmet from my head, maybe this movement of the liner was due because my head is shaved and causes the liner material to stick to my scalp hair stubble and skin. I usually wear a size large but I chose the medium because it covered up to 23 inches head circumference and it was right on target for me. Two weeks later I ordered a clear and the high definition amber face shield since the smoke internal shield that comes with it is too dark to see through at night, and for a cost of only $15.26 each was a no brainer so I bought both and to have a spare when the need arises and when a replacement might not be available. Peripheral over your shoulder visibility is so much better with this open 1/2 helmet compared to either a 3/4 or of course a full face fat helmet, but if wind buffering noise is an issue for your ears you might consider using a small piece of cotton to muffle the noise to them or buy a 3/4 helmet that covers your ears. I will say that I am very pleased that I chose this helmet to replace the one I retired due primarily to age and wanted a new one that had a drop down internal eye shield. To sum it all up you're getting a good helmet for a economical price that compares to other brain buckets costing much more!

Shark Evoline 2 / 2 ST / 3 ST Faceshield
Shark Evoline 2 and 2 ST 3 ST Faceshield Replacement external face shield for Shark Evoline 2, 2 ST 3 Helmets.
This is a replacement shield to replace the original shield that is still perfect but I figured with the way the price has gone up since last mid year with these shields when I purchased the helmet I figured I better have one on hand now if and when the need arises. Plus I won't have to wait for one to arrive or wait for the availability due to no stock which has also been an issue, or pay even a higher price at a later date... I agree with the others that say the tint is light enough not to impair vision during night-time riding and was the reason for choosing the tinted shield over clear with hope that it doesn't show handling smudges - lint or light scratch that you usually see with the clear. I didn't want to comment on rating the following but it was required to grade the following but it has no bearing for a shield, mainly it's for the helmet itself so disregard my grading on: Style - Comfort - Features - Air Flow
River Road Twin Iron Shorty Gloves These genuine all leather fingerless gloves have pull tabs for easy on/easy off. Features Comfort Gel Palms offer protection, comfort and provides nerve protection on long rides Reflective piping provides increased visibility Reinforced knuckles offer added protection Hook-and-loop closure provides a secure fit Perforated leather on top of hand allows breathability Includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty
I usually wear a size medium to large in a full glove but since open finger glove are a pain to remove I opted for the extra large from past experience, and it was a good thing I did because it was initially still very tight. Currently winter weather prevents m/c riding so break-in time for these open finger gloves are limited to wearing them in house watching TV, etc and while driving my truck, so after a few days and many hours they have loosened somewhat. But I still struggle to remove each glove taking about 20 plus seconds each to remove which seems actually longer than 20 sec's, even with the finger pull tabs they have compared to the quicker 3 to 4 sec's it takes for my other worn pair of 17 yr old open finger leather gloves I have that also once took probably as long to remove when they were new. Overall I like the fit - feel and looks of these gloves and look forward to them becoming my new warm weather riding gloves, and never need to really use the hard knuckle protection they offer except if I have to knock someone in the mouth?

Fieldsheer Crossroads 2.0 Jacket
Fieldsheer Crossroads 2.0 Jacket Water resistant, high abrasion resistant cotton outer shell Rainguard 100 waterproof, breathable membrane Adjustable Velcro waist tabs Ram Air side and back vents for maximum air flow Action back stretch panels for added mobility CE approved armor in shoulders and elbows with an SP Memory Foam back pad Zip-out full sleeve quilted liner with 100g polyfill insulation Microfiber padded mandarin collar Two hand warmer pockets, two chest pockets, zippered map pocket and two cargo lining pockets plus phone and cargo pockets on removable liner Universal belt snap connection Please Note There is no snap at the collar of the jacket, as shown in the product images.
A much better item when you're looking for a jacket that has armor protection to help protect your vital area's that are prone to painful injuries ( elbows & shoulders, it also has more venting and pockets then any leather jackets i've owned over the past 39 years. But this jacket is still black in color and is a strong heavy "Carheartt" type material jacket so it does radiate heat in the hot summer sun when the temps reach near 90 plus degree's, otherwise I do love this jacket and it is also water proof due to a silver breathable membrane liner under the exterior fabric.(:

Also, the red stripe shown on the images and in the video has been eliminated from the current models.
I've had these gloves for alittle more than two months now and I almost love them since they only required about a one hour break in time to form and feel as part of my skin, so overall they are a very good glove for those wanting a little more hand / palm and wrist protection even if your not doing track time runs on a pro circuit but where the risk of danger is more likely on the streets and back roads where the risk of asphalt or gravel contact is a threat due to the unforeseen road surface animal or auto incounter that could result in a unexpected spill. The only down side is the time involved to remove these gloves due to the three velcro tabs that must be released before you can pull these gloves off with care.
Alpinestars Comp Pro Shorts Features Stretch mesh construction Strategically placed foam padding Printed logos Please Note The style on the Alpinestars Comp Pro Short has changed to exclude the front fly opening.
You can wear this under every pants you have since it isn't super thick high speed protection but it's better then wearing nothing over your BVD's, so you'll wear this everytime you go riding to give you just a little more slide and soft impact wear protection without drawing curious comments or looks about your butt or thighs.(: Ps, The Alpine Comp Pro shorts I received no longer came with a fly opening as shown in the ad's picture, but who uses those little windows anyway?

The closest you're going to get to a SNELL approval rating for a modular style helmet that's above the others lower DOT rating, this Evoline is the only ECE 22.05 rated modular Motorcycle Helmets. This helmet is not as heavy as other modular brands and can be rode as a 3/4 face helmet and doesn't feel any heavier then my old fullface Bell ProStar that it's replacing that was made from light carbon-fiber & fiberglass. It feels good with eyeglasses on once you remove the eyeglass pads at the temple area and doesn't head steer or push when you look over your shoulder at highway speeds. I can put this helmet on and take it off without first having to remove my glasses which was my main reason for buying this type of helmet over a regular full-face design besides being able to speak at a stoplight and be heard and clear my throat without having to swallow what I would rather spit out. Also I have a good size large roman nose and have no problem with face clearance for those that have tried on other less expensive modular helmets. The internal sun-visor tint is good of course my glasses are transitional so they also darken automatically but not much when i'm using the visor. This helmet is also a perfect color match for my Joe Rocket Suzuki GSXR Superbike Replica Jacket Gray & black. A great 3/4 helmet with good features for street and highway use that is perfect for a Harley or other type cruiser bikes and even for those that don't feel like wearing a full-face helmet on those non-aggressive sportbike riding days when the weather is very hot, that allows good peripheral vision and hearing and ventilation that is free of external wind buffeting even when you look over your shoulder, then this helmet is for you.
Let me make this point: if you're looking for any helmet free of hearing any engine or wind noise as if you're a passenger in a $90,000.00 luxury BMW as i've read in so many other helmet reviews complaining about needing ear-plugs etc then you shouldn't be riding a M/C, sorry but you need to hear everything that's going on around and coming at you! Impact rating protection - comfort - fit - vision and personal features should be your primary concerns. I've been riding since the early 1970's and still have except for one what I rode back then, and they are: 1975 Kawasaki H-1F 500 cc 3-cyl 2-stroke dragbike 1978 Harley FXS 1997 GSXR-750
