This is a great jacket. The main thing is that it comes with so many extra features and at the price point it provides a lot.
The waterproof liner works very well and I have been through a few storms and it works great. Obviously it's still a sport-cut jacket so it may not protect all the way down your waist depending on how long your torso is, but still a great option for when you know it's going to be a wet out. You will definitely want to zip and button the liner all the way up otherwise your chest will be wet from the chest zipper. Have everything properly secured and you will be weatherproof.
Two issues with the jacket. First is air flow. This is definitely a great jacket for 3-3.5 seasons for the reasons mentioned above. However since it is a full leather jacket with very little perforation, it still is a little uncomfortable at anything above 80 degrees or so. Even when moving at high speeds, it doesnt flow quite enough air. I personally would keep a backup mesh jacket or something around if possible. It's not that it is completely undoable, as right now I ride an hour every day two and from work, but it could use a little more air flow. Issue two is build quality. The product is great everywhere so far except for the sleeves. The zippers so far have held up great, but the button clasps and the loops inside the sleeves holding the liners are very weak. The buttons and loops have all ripped out and did so within the first two weeks. I remember them happening when I turned to check for traffic and the right side loop and clasps snapped off and the button flew across the bike. Maybe I just had a dud, but this is concerning.
Overall, this is a great jacket and if you're looking for a lot of features and a sort of all in one jacket, I highly recommend this jacket (assuming the buttons and loops were a one case thing).
Yes, I recommend this product.

The sound quality is great, sometimes almost too loud with certain devices.
I use it mainly with my phone for GPS, music, etc. With certain phones, the volume is almost too loud. I recommend having a smartphone with voice control functionality because obviously it makes it a lot easier to navigate. iPhone and Android work very well but Blackberry's voice control you had better have it set before you strap in (ie. not very good).
Install is pretty straightforward depending on the type of helmet. Make sure you line the speakers up to the right place otherwise you may or may not get the full sound experience. I'm not sure if it was speaker placement or what but it seems like my left ear has louder sound and my right unit not nearly as much.
The ease of use is huge especially with a glove. The dial takes a second to get used to, but it is very easy to use.
The major drawback is the extra wind noise coming from having a large unit attached to your helmet. I know there are slimmer units out there, but I still really enjoy the jog dial and if there was a way to maybe make the unit slightly smaller with a similar jog dial I think it would make a huge difference.
Overall solid product.
Yes, I recommend this product.

The gloves fit typical to most Dainese products and run slightly european / small.
It is definitely better than standard gloves when it comes to lower temperatures, but as some others have said your finger tips still get a little cold after extensive riding.
The gloves do bunch a bit in the hands when holding the grips, but it doesn't affect grip very much.
It does very well in the rain and my hands were dry.
Overall a very solid 3 season gloves.

This jacket is awesome. I wish it was still in production. If you can find it in your size at this price point, it really is the best of both worlds. It has sufficient air flow for a leather jacket, with a removable liner, as well as protection. The jacket fits pretty snug but leaves ample room in the stomach for people with larger stomachs or a back protector. The shoulders do fit more athletically, but the armor conforms and it feels snug (safe feeling) without being uncomfortable. The stronger zippers are a nice addition, since I hate weak zippers. The leather is already pretty supple and not hard, but after a slight break in, they feel even better. Haven't had a chance to really check it in full on summer heat, but so far it seems to have pretty decent air flow.
