After going back and forth for a while I finally chose the Yamaha Superbike Leather Jacket. The low price caught my attention but the style of this jacket was the icing on the cake. I went with the red and I am very happy with my purchase. The protection on this jacket is superb, and although the back protector is foam, it feels very hard compared to my Alpinestar Stunt jacket. I am taller and have long arms, so I was afraid the sleeves would be short on me, but the jacket fit perfectly. The only downside I see is that since it is not perforated leather, this jacket gets HOT in the summer. The vents and openings do very little to help. Overall, however, I love the styling, the protection, and the price was very attractive.

I bought these riding shoes mainly because I wanted a shoe that was subtle enough to wear in the office, but had better protection than a normal sneaker/shoe. I'll start with the positives. The protection feels excellent on this shoe. It has ankle protection, toe protection, and maybe where you shift also. I have no doubt that these shoes will keep my feet safe. However, this shoe is stiffer and bigger than I expected. It almost feels like you are wearing a boot (which makes me feel safe while riding, but can be uncomfortable to walk around in). Also this shoe is BIG, the fit was perfect but I wear a size 13 (48 in EU I think) and these shoes make my already big feet look even bigger. Not only that, but I had some trouble shifting at first because it felt like the shoe was just too big. Since then, I've gotten used to it, but I might end up buying something with a slimmer profile, lighter, and more comfortable. But if you are looking for boot that looks more like a sneaker, this is your best bet.
