Alpinestars Scheme Kevlar Gloves - 2012 Features PU and 3D mesh upper construction Clarino palm construction with PU reinforcements Carbon fiber knuckle protectors Kevlar inner reinforcement Finger flex gussets Reinforced landing zone with built in foam padding Airprene cuff with Velcro flap closure Please Note In RevZilla's opinion, the Scheme Kevlar gloves run about 1 size smaller than other Alpinestars gloves.
Like all a* gloves, they fit small. I'm sorta in-between sizes, I usually wear a L, so I tried the XL first. It was too big, so I tried the L, its slightly small. Italians must have tiny hands or something.
The seams inside of these gloves are HUGE. They are crazy irritating at the tips and sides of the thumbs - so much so that I actually turned the gloves inside out and cut as much excess fabric as I could from the seams, which made it a lot better. Still, taking a pair of scissors to your new $60 purchase sucks. Because of this, I gave them a poor comfort rating.

Does the glove feel thicker and/or scratchy on the inside as a result of the kevlar? How is the air flow, we talking an all season or summer only glove? Thanks
Feels thicker than the normal glove - which may or not be a problem depending on how you feel about extra material rippled between your palm and your grips.
