Icon Field Armor Stryker Knee Guard Road rash on your knees or gouged shins will ruin your month. Icon knows these lessons well. If you chose to hit the streets in anything less then full leather pants you need knee armor. That's a damn fact. The Field Armor Stryker knee armor is equipped with d3o intelligent foam and feature full CE approval. The low-profile rider developed chassis fits easily under almost any pant with easy adjustment Velcro strapping to keep them in place. Wear them and stand a fighting chance of skipping that painful trip to the hospital, so you can begin the equally painful search for new clipon and rearset on ebay. This is some great knee protection. Hydradry lining, is a must for any sort of armor that sits up against the skin. The elastic adjustable straps are great, never feel these move around. They do apply a little more pressure on the shin than anticipated, and the foam padding on the back doesn't go down all the way. So, as far as comfort, it's average for protection. It isn't uncomfortable enough where I would return them or just not wear them. Just think they need to adjust the foam pads. Icon did a great job making these better for a riding position. Fit fine under jeans. Really like the fact that the upper pad is riveted and swivels easily for comfort from standing to crouching. If your cautious about keeping your knees intact and being able to walk after an accident, buy these. You won't be disappointed.
Yes, I recommend this product.

If your worried about wearing jeans in the summer or just flat out not enjoying riding in khaki shorts, give these pants a try. The black style fits almost any casual occasion. Air flow is incredible, the hotter it is the better they get. You may sweat a little, but the airflow will definitely help lower your body's temperature. Knee armor and foam hip padding feels great, never get uncomfortable when on the bike. Knee armor feels a little uncomfortable when your off the bike and walking around. I really like the adjustable waist and the adjustable ankle straps. Haven't had any problems with pockets, or velcro yet. If anything changes on durability, I'll change my review.
