Warm chain, spray on and wipe off...doesn't get easier than that. Works great to remove old lube and dirt.

I've been using this spray on/wash off cleaner for years...it's an excellent product. Works well on brake dust on car/truck wheels too!

I had on the original Speed & Strength Twist of Fate Mesh Jacket last summer when I hit a deer doing 65mph. I was launched over the bars with the brunt of the impact on my left shoulder. Although I suffered a fractured scapula and dislocated AC joint, my ortho agreed, my injuries should have been a lot worse. The jacket did its job and held up well in such a violent crash. I bought this jacket as a clear upgrade to my first. The Knox Armor is a step up and overall, it's more comfortable than the original. The liner is great too but I was dissapointed to find out it didn't secure to the sleeves some how.

I wanted a short boot to protect my ankle and foot in the event of a fall, the S-MX1 was everything I hoped for. They're very comfortable, lightweight, protective, easy to get on/off and have a nice secure fit. They're also good for short walks off the bike but don't expect them to replace your street shoes. They seem as though they'd protect my foot/ankle well. You can't really go wrong with these, I love them. On size; pick one size smaller. I'm usually a size 47 in my other boots, I had to go with a 46 on these. The fit is perfect with the 46's.

Does the S-MX1 have a "hard" lower shin protection and "hard" ankle protection. Can you kindly please add more to the description regarding safety?
It does not have hard shin protection but has plent of hard ankle protection. The protection is limited to just above the ankle.

I'm looking for a street book like the A* SMX-1. I wear size 13 and my foot runs a bit wide. What boots/sizing would you recommend?
I have a wide foot also and have no problem with this boot, they fit great. As for size, you'll probably need a 47 (if you're usually a 48).
