Basically, this is the first time im using the shoei helmet. Before that, i have worn agv gp pro, caberg v2r, and arai rx7 rr4. But among of them, i prefer that arai is the best. But the problem is, the helmet looks so tight in my head, its different when im using the others with the same size (Medium)
Until i decided to buy the new shoei x12 kiyonari replica. One thing that i bought this helmet is because of the great shape, looks so full of racing, and great for the tail shape.
The other things, is that shoei is the best for the new visor mechanism, and for the size, the medium size is very fit for me
its okay when many people said that the x12 is slightly heavier than the previous x11, but i think that this helmet is not so heavier, its still normal for me.
overall, im enjoying the new shoei x12, especially for the dragon graphics theme of kiyonari replica.
Yes, I recommend this product.

what helmet goes with a HD trike?

I am buying a HD trike within a month. Although the speed limit is only 55 mph, what Shoei helmet would you recommend I wear?
in my opinion, its up to you, about which do you prefer, the full face, flip up, or the half face. But take a look at ur description of the speed limit, i prefer the QWEST for the full face, as you don't need the full aerodynamic helmet like xr1100 or x12
