I wanted to be able to answer phone without undressing. The UClear allows me to talk on the phone while riding. I am deaf in one ear and don't hear well out the other. I ride with ear plugs to protect whats left of my hearing. I do have to turn up the volume while riding with ear plugs. That said the folks on the other end say they can hear me clearly. Its nice to be able to catch calls without having to pull my helmet off, much less stopping.
I have listened to the MP3 player a little and works fine.
Instillation was easy I have a Arai RXQ, with pockets for speakers already there. Volume control is good with gloves on. There are a bunch of functions with various buttons. Best to do while stopped. Too much to tinker with while riding.
All in all I am very pleased with this unit. I was worried that the clarity of voice conversation would be impaired- not the case. This unit works well for conversing while riding.

Although I am a single rider, I wanted a way to use my phone without 'undressing'. I linked the headset with my phone and am able to take calls while riding, talk with my gps and phone for hands free convenience. I ware foam ear plugs while riding and can still have clear conversations. Everyone I have spoken with can hear me clearly. The boomless system works great, even while traveling at highway speeds. The listeners can tell I'm riding but can hear me fine.
Install was super easy, Recharging is quick too. It has controls that are easily used with gloves on and once you figure out the system, its easy.

I purchased these boots with focus on protection. I was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly comfortable they are. Riding around you feel protected but when you walk in them right from the start they are comfortable and protective. You do feel all the support working but it doesn't interfere with walking. Really supportive. I'm very impressed with these boots.

On the TPG pant, is there any other color aside from BLACK?
I am trying to put together a high vis outfit. I really like the TPG armor as well as other features of the coat and pant. Water proof, destination liners etc. Well thought out. I am trying to avoid Black. Safety on bikes is my major concern. I can play hard but have to come back to work to pay for the fun. I want as much protection as possible, visibility being a major issue.
