I just received my trekker ds and the paint has chips and large bubbles on the adjustable visor. that is my complaint with the helmet. i'll probably wind up sanding the visor and repainting it another color due to the terrible paint on it. other than the paint, the helmet fits great. i ordered an XL, which is the size i have worn with several other helmet manufacturers. i read another review saying that glasses wearers should not get this helmet. i will explain where they did not... the padding in the temple area is pretty firm and for me a little overly padded. my glasses get pushed around on my face with any movement of the helmet. i'll probably trim down those pads, like i did on my scorpion exo 700. this helmet is very light, and very stiff. i cant easily stretch the opening of the helmet outward for my big ole ears to fit in- i'm not complaining. looking at the size and shape of the opening, you would think it would be more flexible. i havent ridden with the helmet yet. my bike is getting worked on, but with the hardware on the sides and the gaps in the shield, i will assume that there is significant wind noise and whistling. at this time that is merely an assumption though.

This helmet is the same as AFX FX-39. AFX FX-39 run approximately 1/3 - 1/2 size large. Is sizing of FLY TREKKER the same?
the size was about right for me. i had heard to order a size larger than usual. the XL is firm on my head, but i can shake it a bit. it is tight in the ear and temple area.
