We just returned from a week long trip. There were 3 of us all using the Q3's. We were able to pair unit one to unit two and unit two to unit three, but we were unable to pair unit 2 to unit 3. We tried a number of times and a number of different ways, but we couldn't get them all to work. Switching between unit 2 and unit 3 was easy for me and they worked very well. I called cardo and was told to keep trying to pair again. Never did get them to work.
Yes, I recommend this product.
