This is my first use of Forcefield's foam type protector product. Before this, I use a Knox hard shell protector under my jacket. It was rather inconvenient to have to put on the stand alone back protector before the jacket, and have to carry around a additional item when I get to destination and strip off. I could not unzip the jacket and leave on the protector. Motion will be too restricted.
For this matter, this Forcefield slip in protector goes its job great. With this in the jacket, i hardly know its there, I can use my jacket as a somewhat normal looking jacket when I get off my bike and it flows air like its not there.
Its dense and heavy when you pick it up and will add some weight to an already heavy motorcycle jacket, you when its on, you'll forget its there.
As far as protection goes, I cannot comment because I have not crash in it. I had a buddy do a very unscientific punch test and compared it with my knox contour protector and I have to say I felt less impact with a hard honey comb design then this foam protector. It is however one of very few CE L2 slip in back protectors out there so I trust it will do its job when needed.
For the convenience I was hoping for, the Forcefield Backpad does it all for me. For protection, I hope the L2 protectiveness will show itself if the need arises.

I got this at a closeout sale so it was a great suit for what I'm paying. The quality of the suit, like all Rev'it products, are top notch. I cannot flaw any of the suit's workmanship.
Sizing is rather odd though. The suit seems to be pretty large around the hips area, so I have some flop around the mid area. I have a wide chest and small waist so this issue is much more pronounced for me.
The cuff area around your wrist and ankles are also pretty big. I have to stretch my gloves out to the max to go over the wrist cuffs before I cinch it down. Same goes for the ankles. I have large calves so the extra material at the leg bottom just adds material inside my boot, making it that much more work to try and get my sidi boots all clip together.
The suit does not flow air through it too well, so it will work well in cooler riding areas, If you are going fast on a track, it does not matter. Otherwise, it can be a little hot during the warmer days.
Other than these, I cannot find any other faults at this time. Have never crashed in it so I cannot comment on its protectiveness and how it will hold up after a crash. I'm very happy with my suit.

Are the lining removable?

Your video review of the Dainese Delta Pro Pants stated that the lining of the pants are removable. Can you please confirm this and let me know how to remove them? I don't remember seeing zippers in the inner lining of the pants.
