We bought this intercom because it's the only one that worked with my husband's integrated Schuberth intercom. Here are the reasons why I don't like it:
- It's huge and sticks out very far. It got stuck on my shoulder (Camelback) strap whenever I turned the head to the left. This was dangerous, since I ended up not turning my head enough to the left when I needed to change lanes.
- If you want to have any decent range of reception, you need to flip up the little antenna which is very difficult with gloves on (if you forgot). Without the antenna up, the range is about 2 car lengths. If there's a car in between, you get static right away.
- The sound quality is horrible. I could only understand my husband if we were below 50 mph.
- I could not talk with my husband after even a short silence. Shouting did not re-start the intercom.
- The British lady announcing "Hello Scala Rider" and all the other commands has the most annoying voice. This is not very important of course, but adds to the overall dissatisfaction.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Writing this from the road: Just went through major rain storm that lasted for about 1.5 hrs and my hands stayed totally dry. My hands did not get too warm either, but without the rain and temps in the 90s these gloves are too warm. They are very flexible and do not feel bulky like other water proof gloves. Highly recommend.
The female fit is excellent. I have short pinky fingers, and these gloves also are a little long on the pinky but not as bad as other ones. The other fingers fit perfectly.
Yes, I recommend this product.
