I got this as a birthday present and was very pleased. The bag seems very sturdy and looks great. All of the compartments are labeled and very practical. The padding on the back is designed so that air will flow on your back, and it actually works fairly well. Also, the straps are well thought out and inspire confidence that the bag wont slide while riding. Lastly, the waterproof zippers look like they'll work, but I don't want to find out :)
I have a few minor qualms. Overall, there isn't an abundance of storage space. But I knew that before I asked for it. As an example, I can fit my MacPro, some folders and notebooks, and ~2 textbooks in the main compartment. But the rest of the compartments don't offer too much room for large objects. My other complaint was the fact the the zippers are a pain to zip up, but they may break in over time.
Yes, I recommend this product.
