How do I connect Mobile Phone (Samsung Galaxy Y) and iPad 2 (via Bluetooth) at the same time?

Ive just brought the Schuberth SRC from my local dealership and have charged it up etc and I can pair my iPad 2 wirelessly without fault and I managed to pair my phone also but I don't know how to make both work at the same time. For example, I can have music playing via my iPad but when I receive a call it goes through to the phone instead of the helmet/headset.

I'm baffled.

I know it's possible as it mentions it in the 3.0 update but doesn't mention how to actually do it.

Many thanks in advance.
