I chose XL based on the sizing chart (my size - not over or under) and it is a good fit. At first I thought it was too small, but it is shipped with the adjustment belt snugged up to max. Loosened it and it fit over several layers.
Construction is outstanding. It looks like it will wear well. I got it in Hi Vis and if someone hits me in this, it has to be intentional!
I tried standing outside at 12 degrees and it felt warm. I even went out in just the liner and was fairly comfortable at 12 (no wind).
Once I was sure it fit, I HAD to try it for real.
For my test ride, I wore a t-shirt, Dickies work shirt, electric vest (unplugged for first 10 miles) and the AST with liner attached.
It was 25 degrees out and the bike protested starting, but once I got it going I rode 20 miles and am pleased. It was not toasty, but I really only noticed coolness in the arms, and not so that I can complain. I think a sweater would have taken care of that. I rode 10 miles at 35 to 50 mph, behind a fairing, and filled the tank. On the way home, I plugged in the vest, but found out it was not functioning, so I rode 20 miles overall with just the insulation in the vest and jacket.
I won't normally be riding at temps below 32, so I expect I will not have any problems with this.
I only rated it average in ventilation since I did not try that. Based on the video, and it's construction, I expect it will not be above average in venting.
It is very stiff, but less so since I have worn if for a ride. I think it will be comfortable in the long run, but rated a 4 as is.
Oh by the way, I ordered this on Friday and I am writing this on Monday!
Yes, I recommend this product.

What's the temperature range on this jacket? Warm enough for the fall? Is it really reflective?

I just tried mine at 25 degrees and without heated gear under it, that is what I would call minimum (behind a fairing). Definitely warm enough for fall. Very effective - no wind got inside, glove gauntlets easily covered the end of the sleeves. Very reflective. I checked it in a dark room with a flash light and it is reflective from any side. Also, in hi-vis, it is very noticeable in daylight.
