Helmet was purchased during the Winter in N. Illinois so it has not been used as yet; awaiting Spring. For a 2XL, the helmet feels a little tight and am hopeful that it will loosen a little with use. The face shield and separate tinted visor pull-down and retract easily. The exterior visor will help keep the overhead sun off the rider's face. The strap easily buckles and unbuckles for ease of removal.
Yes, I recommend this product.
