Shoei Qwest Solid Helmet The Shoei Qwest Motorcycle Helmet was built with a focus on minimizing helmet weight, optimizing fit for comfort and protection and lowering noise levels to bring a new level of comfort to touring helmets. Featuring a slightly round oval internal shape, the Qwest helmet is manufactured with 4 individual shell sizes to keep the helmet as low-profile as possible. The smaller the helmet shell, the lighter the helmet weight. The Shoei Qwest Helmet also uses the Shoei's CW-1 visor technology with the Q.R.S.A system. This system guarantees a tight seal at the faceshield by pulling the shield back to contact the opening seal evenly. The Qwest also touts an extra-wide viewport for additional peripheral vision so you can more easily take in the world around you. Aerodynamic Shell Design Aerodynamic properties are maximized through extensive wind tunnel and feedback from professional riders Dual-Layer EPS liner enhances impact absorption and ventilation Four shell and six EPS liner sizes increase fit options that help to comfortably fit most head sizes Molded air spoiler reduces drag and lift as well as diminishes weight pressure on the neck while riding at high speeds Ventilation System Upper Air Intake Vent is positioned to maximize air volume into the helmet interior Large upper intake vent positioned to maximize performance in high wind conditions Easy to operate large lower intake vent Lower air intake/defroster vent reduces shield fogging and increases ventilation Rear/neck outlets allow for effective air exhaust Breath guard and chin curtain are included Lightweight Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus (AIM+) High performance fiber materials are combined with extremely elastic organic fibers to create a shell structure that is ultra lightweight, rigid and resilient Interior 3D center pad and multi-layered, polyurethane foam cheek pads Cheek pads are replaceable or removable for maintenance Eyeglass-compatible interior Standard chin strap clip neatly secures chin strap CW-1 Shield and Q.R.S.A. System Q.R.S.A. (Quick-Release Self-Adjusting) base plate allows for tool-less shield removal and installation Spring-loaded base plate pulls the shield back to contact the window beading evenly and ensures a proper seal Scratch-resistant coating 99.9 protection from harmful UV A and B rays Optional, CWF-1 two-dimensional Pinlock equipped racing shields with tear-off posts are available (sold separately) Optional, CW-1 Pinlock prepared shields are available to accommodate Pinlock Fog Free Inserts (sold separately) The CW-1, three-dimensionally curved shield is both wider and taller than the CX-1V it replaces A pre-set lever can easily lock the shield in place to prevent the shield from opening unexpectedly, as well as prop the shield open to increase airflow Additional Features Construction AIM+ (Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus Multi Fiber) Weight 3.644 lbs / 1,653 grams (approx, for Size Medium) Standards Snell-M2010, DOT Please Note The vents on the Brilliant Yellow helmet are black, not yellow as shown in product photo. Note Due to manufacturer restrictions, the Qwest Helmet and other Shoei products can only be shipped to addresses within the United States

This helmet fits good, looks good, and is light. This helmet is not as quiet as I expected. The fit is good but not as comfortable as the RF1000. Also looks rather large.
I would not order again. I just expected more.

Bell Custom 500 Grand National LE Helmet
Bell Custom 500 Grand National LE Helmet
Bell Custom 500 Grand National LE Helmet With its checkered flags, bold number and racing stripes, the Bell Custom 500 Grand National LE Helmet's custom inspired graphics pay homage to the original 500 helmet formed by Roy Richter back in 1954. Modern protective technology has been brought into play by combining a custom fiberglass layup with a specially designed EPS foam layer. This technology has enabled Bell engineers to craft a helmet that is at once light weight, narrow in profile, and DOT-compliant. Add in the chrome trim work and the quilted liner and this sporty retro lid looks as good as it performs. Features Custom fiberglass shell Custom-quilted liner Chrome trim Integrated snaps for aftermarket shields and visors Padded chin strap with D-ring closure and strap keeper Five-year warranty Certification DOT Weight 880g

This helmet is a good looking retro helmet.
That being said it is still a mushroom top.
Looks great on the shelf not so much on my head.
Strap is quite long.
Yes, I recommend this product.
