REV'IT! Pacific H2O Rain Suit In developing the PACIFIC H20 rain suit, one of the main goals was to make it easy to put on in just a few seconds about the time it takes you to get soaked during a heavy shower. Mission accomplished. The solution lies not only in the long, diagonal front closure, but especially in the newly developed, non-stick, PVC-free coating on the inside of the Power Nylon outer shell. The result is a 100 waterproof, breathable, and very practical all-weather companion that will meet the demands of any rider. Convenient features include a storage pocket on the upper leg. For safety, reflection panels on the shoulders and lower legs ensure great visibility. If you need to stand out in traffic even more, the PACIFIC H2O comes in a high-visibility neon yellow option. PROTECTION FEATURES Outer shell PVC-free PWROxford with PU coating, PVC-free PWROxford EN471 with PU coating (in Neon Yellow color only) Waterproofing 100 waterproof Composition 100 polyester (100 polyurethane coating) Visibility reflection at shoulders and legs, reflective logo at chest and back ERGONOMIC FEATURES Fit tour fit, regular Adjustability adjustment tabs at upper arm, cuffs and ankles Features PVC-free XL front zipper Elastic at waistline Includes transport bag Stash pocket on left leg EN343 certified

I bought the Pacific H2O to throw over my mesh gear for summer riding. I am 6' 200lbs and wear an XL in Olympia mesh gear and this XL is a perfect fit. The zipper will catch on the flap but you quickly learn to work around this. I rode 3 hours in light to occsionally moderately heavy rain on a V-Strom and stayed dry......period, end of story.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Full side leg zippers Storm placket front fly detail Removable and adjustable height CE Motion Flex armor at knees Cool mesh airflow lining Removable EVA compression foam at hips Custom Fit detailing at waist and bottom hem 3M Scotchlite reflective piping side leg detail Relaxed tailored fit 6 storage pockets 8 connecting zipper for jackets

Is the Ranger 3 pant coating breathable and waterproof?

I read that the exterior Cordura fabric is "coated" which I normally associate with urethane which is very waterproof and not breathable. The description goes on to describe a "water proof breathable membrane" which I can describe as Goretex like but you can't. So which is it? Is the over pant coated in the waterproof breathable membrane or the simple urethane coating which is waterproof but not breathable ?

I wear a size 54 Revit jacket and my leg inseam measures 33.5 inches. Would I need an XL in this rainsuit?

Sounds like an XXL to me.
