Got the SIDI Apex boots after checking out a lot of different brands. The fit and finish is good. The adjustable vents feel made to last. Good ankle and heel support. They inspire confidence that in an accident, the protection would be there. With motorcycle boots it seems like you have to pick between something that doesn't let you feel the bike or something so thin it's doubtful it would protect you in a fall. These seem like they will be right in the middle after a break-in period.
Pretty stiff inside to start out. Usually I wear a size 9.5 I went with the 44. I dropped a cushioned arch support inside and they fit perfectly.

I've had the MotoCentric backpack for over a year and it has held up very well. I've had it pretty stuffed sometimes but no seam failure or zipper problems. It's very light and all the clips are high quality.
It isn't a huge bag: it won't hold a laptop very easily, (maybe an iPad) but it holds take-out for a family of 4 or all your gym clothes including shoes, easily. Aerodynamic and handsome and when it's on I don't notice. It's excellent.

Icon Airframe Construct Helmet Some would have you believe beauty is only skin deep - the Airframe Construct begs to differ. With it's naked amber weave, drenched in a rich gloss coat, the Construct unabashedly flaunts it's form - an engineered matrix of Fiberglass, Dyneema and Carbon Fiber. Though already bordering on visual perfection, the Construct ships with an additional dark smoke shield to further enhance it's allure. All new, all natural and all Airframe. Features All world standard, meets or exceeds the following DOT FMVSS 218(US), ECE 22-05(EUROPE), SAI AS1698(AUSTRALIA) SG(JAPAN) safety and testing standards. Does not ship with SAI or SG certification stickers unless purchased in that country Special 'Naked' Finish Fiberglass/Dyneema/Carbon fiber shell Wind tunnel tested and refined Imported Note Helmet ships with both Clear and Dark Smoke faceshields.

Very stylish and well made. I really liked the style and I bought it partly for looks. I lucked out that it was a very well crafted helmet. Be aware the shape is slightly roundish. Get the right size. It's an excellent spring-summer helmet because the air flow is great, but that also seems to make it a little noisy. The cheek pads that came with it were pretty tight, so I sprang for a smaller set. They too were tight, so my wife did a minor, magical sewing alteration and viola! They were just right. I have the tinted visor, but usually wear the Airframe Construct with a clear visor and it accommodates sunglasses okay - a little tight. The visor is a pretty quick change. The bandage-like surface is perfect understated irony. A very fine helmet for the price.

The craftsmanship in these gloves is excellent. I'm really impressed with Rukka. I picked the Pluto gloves while I was at the RevZilla store. I know this sounds like a shill, but it's a terrific store with people who know what they are talking about because they use the stuff. And they hire nice people.
I saw several new items by Rukka and they were kind of amazing. I was looking for a glove for late fall weather. I like REV'IT! but their glove fingers tend to be too short for me. The Pluto gloves are great fit and finish, just long enough. Warm but not bulky and very very flexible. So far, good air flow. The styling is European - close fitting. The padding is subtle but strong and resilient. The branding is stealthy and handsome. In the photo there is a blue line through the knuckles but that's just black leather on my gloves. They aren't a track glove - no hard shell over the knuckles - but they feel thoroughly protective.
Rukka isn't inexpensive, but like Dainese and Kushitani, they seem to make top shelf gear.

This helmet fits me very well. I didn't need to use any of the provided additional pads. Very snug all around but no pressure points. Unlike other reviews I found the helmet to be very quiet. (Unless you loose one of the little plastic pin-lock plugs on the face-shield. Then it howls like a banshee!) It is extremely light, and the field of view really is remarkable. When the shield is up, the helmet disappears. The padding is thorough but it also easily accommodates glasses or sunglasses. There is a padded and easy to operate D strap. It's the only helmet I have which I don't immediately want to pull off when I finish a ride. Very comfortable.
Those are the Pros.
They outweigh the Cons, which are:
The visor is NOT quick change. You must remove three screws and fit together two visor framing pieces on each side. Bring a sandwich. I have the Cafe Racer XR1R and the vent opening surrounds are made of a cheap-feeling plastic. Something like a soft rubber or soft plastic would better fit this fine a helmet. The colors are vibrant and well chosen, and the decals are fun, but the text on them is a little goofy. Nitpicking, but maybe NEXX is listening ;-)
Beautiful shape and design and it fits great.

The shape of the AGV K4 Evo helmet is beautiful and it fit me perfectly. I've been wearing an ICON Construct Airframe and it's a very good helmet but the AGV is a smaller design and has less "bobble head" effect. Others have mentioned noise as a concern, but I find the AGV to be very quiet compared to the ICON and some entry-level Bell helmets. I get no whistle. It looks great. It feels great, very light. Airflow is good - I haven't had any fogging issues. Great price!
