Revit gear is expensive, period. That being said, it is very well designed. I bought these as summer gloves to keep my hands protected and cool; I think they present the perfect compromise. The gloves flow a lot of air, and yet they cover all the right parts of the hand. They fit comfortably, although like most Revit gear, they tend to be a tad small.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Well Made Gloves

These gloves are well made and provide plenty of dexterity. That being said, I think it is unreasonable to expect gloves to keep your hands toasty during a winter commute where temps hover near freezing (unless they are heated). As any avid snowboarder (or arctic explorer) will tell you, your best shot at warm hands is a mitten.
Putting your hands on the handlebars automatically reduces the blood flow to begin with (which is why docs tell you to elevate an injured hand or foot - reduce blood flow). Compounding the problem is isolating your fingers from the sympathetic heat of neighboring digits. Bottom line, the best you can hope for is a glove that makes the temps bearable. These gloves do this well.
As long as you are realistic about what to expect from unheated gloves - you will be very happy with these...

600 denier Carbolex shell with 1680 denier ballistic polyester panels in the shoulders, forearms and knees. Featuresan Aqua-Barrier under-the-helmet hood (U.S. patent pending, appl#11/831.874) to eliminate seepage in the collar area. The hood easilystows in a hidden collar pocket. A waterproof and breathable Rainguard barrier allows rain protection without perspiration buildup. Carbolex accordion stretch material action back, knees and waist for increased flexibility. Removable neck gaiter seals the neck area from wind and cold. Collar anchor tab eliminates flapping while collar is open. Waterproof zippered 3-position shoulder vents combine with chest vents, adjustable under-sleeve vents, thigh vents, rear exhaust vents and the PipelineVentilation System to provide flow-through ventilation. Collar to knee length main zipper closure with dual wind flap seals out the elements. Phoslite dark reflective piping, wide strips across the back and Tour Masters signature reflective rear triangle increase nighttime visibility. The fleece lined collar and cuffs are soft, yet durable. Adjustable sleeve take-up straps at the forearm and bicep help to secure elbow armor and material. Removable, CE Approved armor at the elbows, shoulders and knees with an articulated triple density back protector. Vertical zippered chest map pockets, zippered hand warmer pockets, a zippered sleeve key pocket and flap closure bellows thigh pockets. Adjustable waist belts, with TPR pulls help fine-tune the fit.

Great Suit

Very comfortable, even in freezing conditions. Cannot evaluate how dry it will keep you - but it does a great job keeping you warm. Fit and finish are fantastic, even with the quilted liner. Easy to get on and off - even with dress clothes underneath. I use it on my winter commute 45 minutes each way. We've had temps below freezing for most of the past few weeks and the suit has performed admirably. Seems durable - and was a great value. The only con is the around the calves, some cold air seems to get in despite having the velcro snug...
